#4 Key Of Fearlessness

Today we will be talking about something you will surely encounter, but it doesn’t belong to your entrepreneurial spirit: Fear!

As you can see I am wearing the Lion King T-shirt (btw, the show is really fantastic, if you get a chance, I highly recommend it!) for purpose!

In the animal kingdom, when a lion roars, it doesn’t just roar to the air, but to the ground.    The effect of the roaring created the sound wave into the ground, so animals are not just able to hear the roaring, but more importantly they can feel the trembling under the ground.  When they sensed that, they have choices to make.  There are 2 folds of the story:

For the animals:

Option One, they are too scared to move, so they got paralyzed and “frozen” on the spot and became an easy prey for the lion or other animals; they end up losing their lives not because of they got caught, but because they gave up too soon!

Option Two, they faced the fear head on, pick up their speed and start running away from the lion, so they might have better chance to survive! 

For the lion:

As the lion dares to roar, it will at least some territory, as other animals yield to it, not to mention the lion might have some nice meals.  Now my question to you is:

Which one are you? The animals or the lion?

Entrepreneurial Spirit is the spirit of faith and courage!  It often requires us to walk by faith, not by sight!  One of the key characteristic of entrepreneurs is dare to take risk.   When you face fear, what’s your response? Face it with head on, or stay frozen and become an easy prey?

As an entrepreneur, you are also expected to take some serious territory (market share), so you can establish your sphere of influence, and be able to impact more lives in a positive way.

So, today, my message to you : Be a lion, don’t be an easy prey!
