Transparency is one of the most empowering elements in leadership, and one of the most precious elementt of entrepreneurial spirit!
However, it is 2-way street, let me explain:
When it comes to inspire YOU, my audience to really connect with me, the only way to do it is to allow you come to my world, and see what I see, feel what I feel and hopefully you will resonate with me, then we can move forward together in a higher level of understanding each other. 
There were 2 questions ran through my mind as I was preparing this piece of content:
Am I ready? Am I ready to allow YOU, as my audience, friend, followers, fellow entrepreneurs to come into my world, to get to know WHY I do what I do, so you can be inspired to do the same?
And are YOU ready? Are you ready to consume this piece of content, pretty raw, pretty deep…not a typical “marketing material” and willing to ponder further of your own goals and dreams?
