Thinking Sushi Chef, it takes up to 10 years to learn the “Cut” of the fishes in order to be a Master Sushi Chef!
How about Professional Pianist, like Lang Lang? He said he used to practice up to 8 hours a day, till he destroyed some keyboards.
My husband, Oliver Baader. Today Oliver have been featured in national and international media and be recognized of his achievement in Food & Beverage field as an Executive and contribution in different organizations. One of his stories my kids love about: during his intern at one of the top rating restaurants in Switzerland, he was asked to peeled 400 grapes per dinner, then used a very tiny instrument, took out 3 seeds inside of each grape, fill in one drop of vanilla cream to serve as the dessert of the high-end dinner! Talking about “mastering”!!! 
Tiger Woods, trust you know this one, cannot imagine how many swings he had practiced!
People told me my English is not bad at all, considering it’s not even my 2nd language. Well, I am using dictionary very often up till today to make sure I read or write the content correctly, granted, I still make mistakes, but I keep practicing!
My videos are well received, my audience are so gracious, you guys often mentioned to me how my videos are so well done! So just be transparent here, sometimes it still takes up to 20 times till I get it right.

Wow! What a story. I have often been asked, “Why are you taking another training? Why dont’ you just do it already? But there were pieces I wanted to learn to master it. This has happened in many different areas (studying guitar, tennis, getting more counseling and therapy credentials, studying online marketing, etc.).

I loved your story Kelly! People often say to me that I know this or that, but I reply, NO I didn’t master it. There is one training I do for myself and the leader told me I didn’t have to come back anymore. NO, I told her. I need to be here to keep on practicing it. It is like taking a Yoga Class. You go to class, don’t really follow up at home, but keep going to the classes to Master it. No matter what field you are in, Mastery takes time. I am currently learning statistics because of my new product. I absolutely do not like numbers, but doing it over and over again, I find that I am enjoying it and pretty excited every day to see where people are coming into my network, who they are, and where they are coming from. Also the most important thing is what did they type in to find me. This is important! So you see, I really loved your story.
