People often asked me what is the secrets of my Entrepreneurial success? Especially in the area of entrepreneurial finance. What is the process to get there? It is a very broad question, but if I boil it to down, the answers are quite simple!
- Add value to your clients/prospects/customers, ask yourself this question: “ What kind of value they walk away after they have a conversation with you.
- Capture lead (on & off line), or building list, as you continue to contribute value to your target audience, in exchange, you ask them for their contact information, just like you exchange your business card in the networking event. Now you have their permission to communicate with them further.
- Enrich the relationship with your audience. It is like planting a garden, you sow seeds to the ground, in order to have great fruits (Sales) to come, you will have the cultivate the ground (people’s hearts), give good vitamin to the plants (solutions), guard against insects, weather factors (no spamming, look out for their interests..etc.)…so as to your audience.
- Offer your service/products to exchange their money. Over-deliver is the way to go! remember you will have to sell 3 times: Before they buy (your marketing), during the check-out process (your guarantee), after they buy (your service, or refund)
- Provide professional and personal post-purchase service. You are still continuing to establish your relationship with the audience. Referrals are much better than the new customers you spend efforts in marketing to bring in for many reasons. It is much more cost-effective, the level of trust & retention is higher, so more profitable your business will become.
- Repeat the process from 1. to 5.
Understanding that I didn’t go to the nitty gritty about set up web sites, auto-responders….those techie stuff; they are important, but they are only effective for you when you truly understand the core of the above, and you are able to answer the questions of it. Then you either can learn to do the techie part yourself, or just outsource them to others to be most productive for your business.
What I have seen is too many people out there, just throw out their affiliate links, sales page link, or the MLM company site to their audience, and expect to make quick money from it. The consumers/prospects today are whole lot sophisticated than before, they are looking the true leader of substance to help them what they desire. How your position yourself is brutally important to your entrepreneurial finance success!
